As the new dust settles, we wanted to be sure to thank you for your assistance in selling our home. Needless to say, we were shocked (and pleasantly so) that our house sold in a day and at full-price. And we still don't think it was underpriced. We were delighted we sold it for more than what we thought was a good price! We really appreciated your help in getting everything situated for closing. It almost seemed too easy.
