Prior to real estate Doug was a hotel marketing executive, holding key positions such as National Director of Sales for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and Corporate Director of Sales for the Stouffer Hotel Company. He developed and directed the sales and marketing strategies for a vast number of hotels and those same strategies sell homes.

Jeanne offers the perfect combination of real estate skills and real-world experience. When the Wieser family was moving around the country for Doug’s career Jeanne taught school, but also managed seventeen family real estate transactions – personally! She has had real estate training in three states and worked with a luxury custom home builder in Dallas before launching The Wieser Team with Doug in 1996.

Since the beginning Doug and Jeanne have been committed to giving outstanding marketing and “Ritz-Carlton” service to their clients. Their expertise and outstanding service quickly earned them the distinction of being one of the top real estate teams in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Natives of St. Louis, Doug and Jeanne earned Bachelors degrees from the University of Missouri. Both are Graduates of the Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyer Representatives and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists. They are members of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Million Dollar Guild comprised of a select group of agents who have successfully marketed and sold multi-million dollar homes.
